CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) GREENHILLS TOWER | ASAP START

We're looking for passionate and customer-oriented individuals to join our team!


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related concerns

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system

Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions

Meet individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary

Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication


Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Must be amenable to work onsite at our Greenhills Tower site
  • Open to working on a night shift schedule
  • Must be residing within NCR, Rizal, or Antipolo
  • Can start ASAP
