CSR - Car Rental Campaign (Blended), Quezon City

WE'RE HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) | CUBAO SITE

We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Candidates with 1 year of international account experience are highly preferred
• Must be willing to work onsite in our Cubao office
• Open to working on a night shift schedule
• Must be currently residing within NCR, Rizal, or Antipolo
• Can start ASAP
