Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial retail products and services
• Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction
• Maintain proper documentation of customer concerns and transactions

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• At least 6 months call center experience
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
