About the role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Lead to design, develop, and enhance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead a team of developers, and ensure high-quality delivery across enhancements, integrations, and defect resolutions.


Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop CRM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyse requirements, define functional specifications, and advise on CRM best practices
  • Own and deliver software enhancements, minor projects, defect fixes, and feature integrations
  • Identify design problems and implement elegant, user-centred solutions with rapid iteration
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, including managing offshore teams from onshore
  • Work within an Agile development framework and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
  • Liaise confidently with client stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment


Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and its ecosystem
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming principles
  • Proficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, Model Binding, and Asynchronous programming
  • Knowledge of SOA-based architecture including REST and SOAP
  • Familiarity with SSRS and CRM Reports
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM integrations
  • Hands-on experience with Azure tools and technologies
  • Strong Power Platform experience Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps are required
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Stable work history candidates with a pattern of frequent short-term employment will not be considered

Good to have

  • MS Dynamics CE experience; certifications are a plus
  • Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application APIs
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC framework
  • Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and MVC
