Description
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movements.
  • Receive, store, and issue parts and materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining adequate stock availability.
  • Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure proper organization, storage, and safekeeping of inventory items.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory-related reports and documentation.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or other related concerns to the immediate supervisor.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Possesses good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of handling inventory records accurately.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
