HR Intern, Quezon City

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR Department in the areas of recruitment, records management, employee engagement, and other HR-related activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while assisting in the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment activities, including applicant sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining the applicant database.
2. Support the maintenance and organization of employee records, personnel files, and HR documents while ensuring confidentiality of information.
3. Assist in the filing and organizing of HR forms, memoranda, and employee-related documents.
4. Provide administrative support in compensation and benefits, and timekeeping activities, including monitoring employee requirements, updating HR trackers, assist in the preparation of timekeeping (attendance tracker), etc.
5. Assist in employee engagement programs, company events, training activities, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any business-related courses
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace is a must, but willing to be trained
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• With exceptional interpersonal skills and people person
