Job description:

• Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
• Managing payment runs, preparing checks or electronic payments, and ensuring payments are made on time.
• Reconciling vendor statements, bank statements, and accounts payable records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Managing petty cash, processing expense reports, and ensuring accurate expense reporting.
• Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and related documentation.
• Maintaining client and customer relationships, responding to client inquiries, and negotiating payment terms.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned
