Data Encoder, Quezon City

An Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data and records in the company system or database while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encode and update data accurately into the system
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents
• Verify information before data entry to avoid errors
• Organize and file documents properly
• Monitor and maintain confidentiality of company records
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports
• Coordinate with different departments regarding data concerns
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least College Level or Graduate of any course
• With experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Fast and accurate in typing and encoding
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Can work with minimal supervision
