OFFICER DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of new budget SKU for different projects received by Agent (via email)
- Update projects with installation ( every monitoring)- excel and G-drive- total of 8 on going projects.
- Update projects without installation ( weekly monitoring)- G-drive - total of 25 projects
- Receive inquiry from Sales Agent regarding request for initial turnover for their specific project.
- Creation and checking check list before initiate a initial turnover of projects coordinate from Agent
- Initiation and setting of meeting INITIAL turnover of project- with and without installation with Billing, Logistics, Procurement, Audit and Agent.
- Ensure that all the documents are complete and signed by accountable person before initiate final turnover with Ma'am Mary.
- Coodination with client with specific project- regarding projects matters and concerns.
