Description

Job Responsibilities


Maintain and update accounting records and files

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents

Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting

Monitor and record daily transactions

Support payroll processing when needed

Ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies

Assist during audits and provide required documentation

Comply with company policies and accounting regulations


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Detail-oriented and organized

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
