Job Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat and messaging platforms
  • Assist customers with concerns, account inquiries, and basic troubleshooting
  • Provide accurate, clear, and professional responses
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction
  • Document customer concerns and resolutions in the system
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards


Basic Qualifications:


  • Must be a College Graduate / Associate / Vocational (2-year course) Graduate
  • With at least 6 months customer-facing or BPO experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
