In this role, you will assist international clients with account management, billing questions, and secure transaction inquiries. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience: Requires 6 to 12 months of solid Call Center Experience (CCE).
  • Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduates.
  • Language Proficiency: B2 (CEFR) English Proficiency (Strong, confident conversational flow and good communication skills).
  • Amenability: Ready to work fully onsite at our Quezon City site on shifting, night, or weekend schedules.

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding financial transactions, statements, credit lines, or account security.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to financial compliance rules.
  • Provide accurate and empathetic solutions to secure excellent customer satisfaction scores.
