• Language Proficiency: C1 (CEFR) English Proficiency (Possesses elite conversational flow, advanced vocabulary, and strong sentence structure coordination).
• Amenability: Ready to work fully onsite at Fairview Terraces on shifting schedules, holidays, and night differentials.

• Provide high-tier customer care, order tracking, returns, and billing assistance for international retail customers.
• Efficiently resolve customer issues or technical troubleshooting steps in a professional, empathetic tone.
