About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email channels.
• Provide accurate troubleshooting steps for hardware, software, or consumer product issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact.
• Escalate complex technical problems to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database system.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Experience: At least 12 months of Call Center Experience (CCE) is required.
• Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills with a CEFR level of B2 or higher.
• Traits: Amenable to working on-site in Quezon City, with high emotional resilience.
