TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT:
  • Assess organizational development needs and identify skill gaps across departments by collaborating with department heads, managers, and supervisors. Recommend tailored learning and development strategies to address these needs.
  • Facilitate the design, implementation, and delivery of employee training programs, seminars, and workshops.
  • Oversee all training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, sourcing of training providers, and coordination with participants.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all training activities and prepare post-training evaluation reports, including participant feedback and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 30-day onboarding program for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and values, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management initiatives, including KPI setting and monitoring, to foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
  • Organize learning events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee wellness and engagement, in coordination with the Employee Relations team.


RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT:
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to actively support recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization.
  • Assist in identifying and attracting top talent by engaging with external recruitment partners, participating in networking events, and utilizing social media platforms.
  • Support the interview and selection process by providing insights and recommendations to ensure both technical and cultural fit within the organization.


REPORTING AND RECORD-KEEPING:
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports on training activities and accomplishments, highlighting the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update training records in both the HRIS database and employee 201 files for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Administer training bond agreements in accordance with company policy, review cost matrices for both local and international training programs, and issue Training Service Agreements when necessary.



PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.



EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
  • At least five (5) years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR-related field.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training sessions and deliver presentations with confidence.
  • Strong ability to evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
