HR Manager/Supervisor, Quezon City

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR functions and support employee relations at our Quezon City office. The role involves managing HR operations, supervising the HR team, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Supervise and guide the HR team while supporting their professional growth.
• Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower requirements and HR support.
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement programs, benefits administration, and other HR initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees on various HR concerns.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in a general HR role, preferably from manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory position.
• Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
