Sales Admin Assistant, Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in business operations, sales principles, and customer service.
• One (1) year of experience in sales administrative support with hands-on involvement in sales coordination, customer service, and back-office support.
• Skilled in sales documentation and order processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in using POS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• willing to assign at PREMIUM CHOICE MEATSHOP - 30 SHORTHORN ST. PROJECT 8 QUEZON CITY

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries (cuts, prices, availability).
• Prepare and print sales invoices, receipts, or delivery slips.
• Coordinate with the butcher team to ensure correct cutting specifications requested by customers.
• Encode daily sales into the system or spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules or order confirmations.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the front counter and display.
• Organize receipts, invoices, and delivery records for auditing.
• Handle order pick-ups and ensure customers receive complete and correctly packed items.
• Manage product reservations and follow up on pending orders.
