Job description:

• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in Manpower/Agency/Marketing Industry or
• Determine whether clients are satisfied with the companys product and services
• Should have at least experience in handling client or projects
• With experience in Servicing FMCG industries.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
• Sales Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and articulating value propositions to prospective clients.
• Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts, handling objections, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly/annual quotas.
• Client Management: Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Administration & Reporting: Using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, document interactions, and report sales activity.
• Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales tactics
