Franchise Officer, Quezon City

Description

Responsible for identifying potential franchisee or UNO Business Center (UBC)
Identify new business opportunities and building relationship w/ new franchisee
Develop and maintain client relationships
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Monitor projects to ensure targets are executed as agreed
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and company executives
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to company sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Conduct ongoing market research
Conceptualizes with the pricing, promos and programs with the demand creation team to create proposals.
Drive the end-to-end sales process

Job Requirements

Graduate of any 4-year Business related course
Has at least 3 years experience in Franchising Business Operations
Has a strong communication and negotiation skills and solid understanding of business principles.
Must be able to build strong, positive relationships with franchisees and internal teams.
Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise within the franchise network.
