Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor IT project activities from initiation to completion
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and trackers
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
- Organize and document meetings, including minutes and action items
- Follow up with internal teams (developers, QA, operations) on project deliverables
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are properly tracked and met
- Assist in identifying and escalating project issues or delays
- Support communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Maintain organized and updated project files and records
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in project coordination and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- With POS Experience
