HR Performance Analyst, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of KPIs through collaboration with department heads and management to identify, develop, and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives.
2. Create and roll out consistent, scalable performance evaluation tools and metrics across departments.
3. Collect, validate, analyze, and present HR data to support insights, reports, and strategic planning.
4. Oversee the performance appraisal process and support the integration of performance data with compensation, promotion, and development decisions.
5. Use data insights to recommend enhancements to HR workflows, evaluation cycles, and strategic initiatives.
6. Research and apply internal and external benchmarks to ensure KPIs and evaluation tools remain effective and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in HR with focus on performance management, organizational development and HR analytics is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of HR functions, KPI development and performance management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
