Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of KPIs through collaboration with department heads and management to identify, develop, and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic objectives.
- Create and roll out consistent, scalable performance evaluation tools and metrics across departments.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and present HR data to support insights, reports, and strategic planning.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and support the integration of performance data with compensation, promotion, and development decisions.
- Use data insights to recommend enhancements to HR workflows, evaluation cycles, and strategic initiatives.
- Research and apply internal and external benchmarks to ensure KPIs and evaluation tools remain effective and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in HR with focus on performance management, organizational development and HR analytics is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, KPI development and performance management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
