Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company sales and revenue goals.
- Build new and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the companys customer base.
- Define product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback and company objectives.
- Monitor product performance, sales metrics, analyze performance data, and continuously improve offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Prepare product documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders and/ or management.
- Stay updated with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, product management, leadership role or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, market analysis and sales analytics
