Sales Manager, Quezon City

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company sales and revenue goals.
2. Build new and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
3. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
4. Identify new market opportunities and expand the companys customer base.
5. Define product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback and company objectives.
6. Monitor product performance, sales metrics, analyze performance data, and continuously improve offerings.
7. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
8. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
9. Prepare product documentation, reports and presentations for stakeholders and/ or management.
10. Stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, product management, leadership role or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
