Key responsibilities include:

- Managing daily plant operations and ensuring production efficiency.

- Enforcing strict safety and environmental compliance standards.

- Supervising and training plant staff.

- Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Managing financial performance and optimizing costs.

Qualifications required:

- Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

- 510 years of experience in industrial gas or chemical plant operations.

- Strong knowledge of oxygen and acetylene production processes.

- Proven leadership in managing teams, budgets, and safety compliance.

- Certifications such as NEBOSH or Process Safety Management are highly desirable.
