Description

Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to facilitate effective project implementation.
Develop and maintain project plans and Gantt charts.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Manage and coordinate all stages of fit-out projects, ensuring proper execution and timely completion.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Licensed Civil Engineer is required for this role
Experience Level: 35 years of relevant experience in construction and project management
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, and project management tools including Gantt charts
Responsibilities and Duties: Experienced in managing fit-out projects and leading teams of construction professionals
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working Conditions: Ability to work on-site and adapt to various weather conditions
