Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Staff is responsible for managing the companys online sales channels, including its website, Lazada, Shopee, Edamama, and TikTok Shop. The role oversees order fulfillment, inventory monitoring, online sales administration, and customer inquiries to ensure efficient operations, a seamless customer experience, and the achievement of online sales objectives.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Addressing queries, managing order and ensuring a seamless online shopping.
  2. Manage and update product listing on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing product information, images, and pricing.
  3. Facilitate the end-to-end order processing from other placement to fulfillment, managing inventory levels and coordinating with logistics partners for timely deliveries.
  4. Navigate and leverage various e-commerce platforms, staying updated on platform features and updates to maximize the effectiveness of online storefronts.
  5. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor strategies and provide insights to guide decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and monitor E-Commerce focused marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
  7. Build and nurture relationships with E-Commerce customers through personalized communication and feedback management.
  8. Ensure the accuracy and quality of product information, images, and customer facing-content, contributing to a positive user experience and minimizing returns or customer dissatisfaction.
  9. Send updates to inhouse accounts in new items, promo offerings and other sales & marketing related support.
  10. Prepares and sends quotations to inhouse accounts, including new customers.
  11. Serves as the point-person for all online sales activity including but not limited to collection, inventory, order cancellations, repairs and refunds, etc.
  12. Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvements and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  13. Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With at least 1-2 years in related field as an E-Commerce personnel/staff
  • Knowledgeable to Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, and Sales operations
  • With experience in handling Lazada, TikTok, Shopee and other e-commerce aggregators
  • With computer, technical and marketing skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office tools, and other e-commerce and marketing tools
  • With exceptional time management
  • Ability to read trends and cycles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills


Work Location:

Amenable to work onsite at 116A Sauyo Rd., Brgy. Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City
