Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records by performing bookkeeping tasks and tracking all transactions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate billing.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the general ledger.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule, including salary computation, deductions, overtime, benefits, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support HR administrative functions including employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and employee records management.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and preparation of employment documents.
  • Handle HR documentation such as contracts, memos, disciplinary notices, and employee clearances.
  • Coordinate with management regarding employee concerns, company policies, and HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 13 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and HR administration.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, payroll systems, billing, purchasing, journal entries, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll computation, labor regulations, employee benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based position with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during payroll periods or month-end closing.
