Job Summary

Wizer Industries Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Assistant (Reliever) to support daily operational and administrative functions for a three-month contract. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling reports, data management, and coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational and administrative activities
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
• Organize, monitor, and maintain operational records and databases
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding operational requirements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports and documentation
• Perform general clerical and office support tasks as needed
• Support the team in meeting operational deadlines and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data organization
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in operations, administrative support, or data management is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Requirements

• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
• Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
