Sales & Customer Relations Officer, Quezon City

Job Purpose

The SCR Specialist is responsible for driving clinic revenue through strategic patient consultations, personalized treatment planning, and proactive relationship management. This role ensures that every patient's aesthetic journey is curated, tracked, and optimized for the best results and maximum lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

 Sales Conversion: Transform initial consultations into comprehensive treatment plans, focusing on high-value services such as Ultherapy, Exosome therapies, and curated "Youth 360" packages.

 Patient Journey Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for VIP clients, guiding them through their long-term aesthetic goals and ensuring they adhere to their recommended schedules.

 Lead Management: Proactively follow up on inquiries from social media, website leads, and walk-ins to convert interest into confirmed bookings.

 Retention & Re-engagement: Analyze patient databases to identify "lapsed" clients and execute re-engagement campaigns or loyalty offers to bring them back to the clinic.

 Product Advocacy: Meet monthly sales targets for Le Meurs premium retail skincare line by educating patients on post-treatment maintenance.

 Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to management regarding patient concerns, competitor offerings, and the effectiveness of current clinic promotions.

Qualifications

 Experience: Minimum of 24 years in high-ticket sales, preferably within the aesthetic, luxury wellness, or dermatological industry.

 Communication: Exceptional persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical procedures in an accessible, aspirational manner.

 Analytical Skills: Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track sales pipelines and patient history.

 Attributes: Target-driven mindset, high level of empathy, and the ability to build immediate rapport with a discerning, high-net-worth clientele.
