Description
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4year businessrelated course.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an Office Clerk or in a related role.
  • Computer literate (MS Office) and proficient in typing tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and good moral character.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and preapprove all service transactions (DI and PMS) entered by dealers in KADMS to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Dealer Incentive Claim Payments (DI, PMS, Warranty Labor) on time every month.
  • Conduct CS surveys to customers and document results for reporting.


Basic Function:

  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) surveys with dealer customers via phone calls based on submitted DI and PMS.
  • Review and check DI and PMS service transactions of dealers in KADMS.
