Position: Customer Support / Operations Associate

Work Location: Novaliches, Quezon City

(Preferably residing near Novaliches)

Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Night Shift

Salary Range: Negotiable (Please indicate expected/asking salary)


Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally through phone, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues.

Troubleshoot basic technical or operational concerns and escalate when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, reports, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.

Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and performance targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Adapt quickly to process updates, system changes, and operational demands.


Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good time management and multitasking skills.

Technically proficient and willing to learn new systems/tools.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Preferably residing in or near Novaliches, Quezon City.
