Sales Account Manager, Quezon City

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Cubao, Quezon City. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating project implementation.

Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing product information, and overseeing the delivery of card solutions. The role also involves contributing to sales strategies, delivering client presentations, and serving as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful program execution.

We currently have openings in the Financial, Enterprise, and Education sectors. Candidates should have established connections and relevant experience within their respective industries and areas.

Qualifications

         Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills

         Project Management and Coordination abilities

         Sales, Marketing, and Presentation skills

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

         Problem-solving and Analytical skills

         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

         Experience in the card solutions industry or similar is a plus

         Bachelor's degree in Business

Work location, Schedule and Arrangement

         Cubao, Qc near Ali Mall and Main Ave., along Edsa

         This is a full on-site role, scheduled from Monday to Friday only, with 8 working hours per day. Start time is flexible between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

         The role involves a combination of office-based tasks and field work, requiring flexibility to visit client sites and other locations as needed.
