JOB SPECIFICATION:

Education: Must have Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study.

Experience: Atleast 6 months of experience and or support work.

Others: Must have healthy attitude towards people and work.

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, is essential and the candidate should possess above average knowledge and the ability to effectively utilize these tools for various tasks.

Good Organizational skills.

Vey good communication skills, both written and oral, are must as the candidate will be required to convey information clearly and professionally.

Job Purpose:

This position is primarily tasked to provide administrative support in the effective and efficient implementation of all operating and work activities of the Sales Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Efficiently perform administrative functions such as organizing and maintaining files and sales orders, ensuring that records are accurately updated and complete for all Sales Region/

i. Sales Funnel Report

ii, SO/PO Monitoring Report

iii. Termination Report

b. Effectively communicate with the team on concerns encountered during execution of assigned task.

c. Skillfully create reports, letters, and quotations as required, demonstrating very good written communication skills.

d. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of details on processing of documents pertaining to customer sales orders, updating customer information and other relevant information including information dissemination to concerned departments.

e. Assist Sales Manager on daily activities.

f. Practice good office procedure on tools, equipment, and work area.

g. Observe company policies, safety rules proper work ethics and behavior always.
