Account Management Information System Associate, Quezon City

JOB PURPOSE:

The Contract Management Associate is responsible in the management of the contracts with clients in relation to Kooler Industry leasing and selling business.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate any 4 years course

Experience: Atleast 1 year of Administrative work. FRESH GRADUATE are welcome,

Technical Skills: Can handle computer and other office equipment

Must posses good computer skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft), analytical and problem solving skills with healthy professional and interpersonal communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

- Process contract renewal including follow up of contracts for signature and signed contract of North Luzon Area and GMA Area.

- Verification of renewal contract by checking Rental Rate, No of Units and Location in Kooler System, Billing, Contract database and Service Report and compare to the latest hard copy of contract.

- Receiving follow up calls of customers regarding contracts.

- Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duty and suggest possible solution that may be thought of.

- Observes Company policies, safety rules, proper work ethics and behavior at all times,

- Practices good office procedures daily on tools, equipment, and work area.

- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
