Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections and follow up on past due invoices via phone, email, or customer portals
  • Handle account reconciliation and resolve billing or payment disputes
  • Process cash applications, refunds, and customer account reviews
  • Prepare aging reports and prioritize overdue accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain excellent client and customer relationships while meeting SLAs and business goals


Qualifications:

  • 25 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections
  • Experience in Order to Cash (OTC), billing, invoicing, or cash application is an advantage
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
  • Amenable to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
