We at Astron Appliances Philippines are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Processor to manage our ecommerce orders processing and team management. This includes maintaining KPI reporting for ecommerce operations team.


Responsibilities

  • Processing online orders
  • Checking on the flow of order fulfillment if the packing team is doing what is needed and necessary


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years experience in ecommerce processing
  • Strong communication skills, and relationship-building skills.
  • Can lead and prioritize
  • Familiarity with excel and seller centers.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
