QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related program
- With experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
- with background in hardware or construction supplies
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
PRIMARY DUTIES
- contact potential and existing customers through phone calls, email, and online messaging
- promote and explain hardware and construction products to clients
- prepare quotations and assist customers with product inquiries
- follow up customer orders, deliveries, and payments
- maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- identify new sales opportunities and performance goals
- build and maintain strong customer relationships
- provide excellent customer service and after-sales report
