QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related program
  • With experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
  • with background in hardware or construction supplies
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • contact potential and existing customers through phone calls, email, and online messaging
  • promote and explain hardware and construction products to clients
  • prepare quotations and assist customers with product inquiries
  • follow up customer orders, deliveries, and payments
  • maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • identify new sales opportunities and performance goals
  • build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • provide excellent customer service and after-sales report
