Description

To oversee project planning and scheduling activities from proposal stage to project execution. The role is responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing costs and resources, and ensuring timely project delivery.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, WBS, S-curves, and resource histograms.
  • Develop proposal/bid schedules and cost-loaded plans.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, earned value, and schedule risks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze critical paths, schedule impacts, and recovery plans.
  • Lead schedule review and coordination meetings.
  • Provide guidance and support to planners/schedulers.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
