Description

Perform basic repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment issues
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report needed repairs
Ensure all equipment and utilities are functioning properly
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance tools
Assist in setting up facilities and equipment for company events or operations
Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and materials
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications

At least high school graduate or vocational course related to maintenance/technical work
With experience in building or facility maintenance is an advantage
Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and troubleshooting
Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
