Marketing Coordinator

Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, external partners, and different associations participating in company events to ensure smooth planning and execution of activities

Prepare and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content

Support company events, exhibits, product launches, and marketing activities

Coordinate event requirements, schedules, and communications with participating associations and stakeholders

Monitor and maintain social media platforms, website content, and online marketing activities as needed

Monitor and track customer inquiries and leads, ensuring proper recording, distribution, and timely coordination with the Sales team for follow-up actions

Track and monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports

Perform administrative tasks including filing documents, maintaining records, preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and ensuring proper documentation of marketing and sales-related activities

Maintain records of marketing expenses, activities, campaign results, and inquiry monitoring reports

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Assist in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies and branding standards

Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
