URGENT HIRING: Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for a CPA Accounting professional with strong experience in financial reporting and tax compliance to support and lead our finance operations.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and the companys book of accounts
• Lead preparation of financial reports, billing documents, and collection monitoring
• Manage payment processing for suppliers and contractors
• Review employee reimbursements and approve payment vouchers
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure proper documentation filing
• Oversee preparation of Statements of Account and collection letters
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting (CPA license)
• At least 3-5 years of total accounting experience
• 12 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting
• Experience in construction, hardware, or real estate industry is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Can start ASAP
