Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quantity take-off, prepare Bill of Quantities
  • Responsible for sourcing quotations from suppliers
  • Conduct Site Inspection to assess project requirements and condition
  • Attend pre-bid meeting and clarify technical and commercial queries
  • Prepare and input the Cost Budget of the Winning Bid into the Acumatica System


Education/ Experience:

  • Civil Engineering graduate, licensed is an advantage.
  • Atleast 1-yr experience Quantity Estimator in a Contractor's firm handling both vertical (building) and horizontal (infrastructure) project.
