Junior Architect, Quezon City

Design / Office Responsibilities

• Creation of architectural designs and conceptualize innovative solutions
• Provide expertise in space planning, material selection, and sustainable design practices
• Review and critique design drafts and proposals to ensure the highest level of design quality
• Produce high-quality visual presentations, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models, to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility standards

Construction Site Responsibilities

• Execute the project according to contract, plans and drawings
• Allocate, supervise, assign and discipline manpower for deployment
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehousing teams for timely delivery of tools, equipment and materials
• Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 13 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to be deployed to project sites within or outside Metro Manila, as needed, is preferred
• Must be willing to work overtime as required
