Purchasing Manager, Quezon City

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing activities for HVAC materials, equipment, and project requirements

Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

Monitor material requests, purchase orders, and delivery status

Coordinate with project, warehouse, and engineering teams regarding procurement needs

Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships

Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards

Monitor inventory and support cost control initiatives

Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper system documentation

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

With experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry

Knowledgeable in HVAC/MEPF materials and equipment is an advantage

Proficient in SAP and other procurement/inventory management systems

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
