IT Supervisor, Quezon City

BASIC FUNCTION: The Supervisor IT Analyst/Programmer conducts systems QA and overseeing all systems application modules before the deployment. Also he/she is responsible of giving trainings to the users before the deployment of the program application.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support:

• Provides technical assistance pertains to the customized reports related to SAP and KA DMS
• Resolves technical issues related to SAP and KA DMS via phone, in person, or remotely.
• Travels to other branches to provide Users Training in relation to SAP and KA DMS integration
• Maintains system functionality by testing the database
• Consult with users to determine appropriate reports needed in the operations
• Provide functional support related to SAP ERP
• Give constant communication with the 3rd party provider in SAP in resolving issue if arises
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Application Support:

• Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains customized report made in crystal application tool
• Take lead the systems QA before deployment to the Production server
• Conduct UI/UX test environment programs before the Go Live of the system
• Ensures data accuracy and consistency through validation with relevant technical or business groups.
• Regular initiates report reviews of data provided , especially the maintenance of the Item Master Data
• Team led in build and maintain the front-end program in SAP and back of the system.
• Proactively suggests designs and processes improvements based on available resources and best practices.
• Handles multiple systems application projects such as:
• SAP and KA DMS integration
• New warehouse inventory management system New Intranet Employees service portal (in-house development program)

Qualification

• With at least one (1) to three (3) Years' experience in SAP or any ERP application Support.
• Knowledge in defensive coding skills
• Experience in the following is preferred: web, and API development, SAP Crystal Reports
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:

• Proficient in Crystal Report and Query Report
• Amenable to work on weekends/holidays to prepare workstations and IT support when necessary.
• Knowledge on SAP B1 and business application programming
• Knowledge and experience in developing SAP module such as: SAP B1, SAP ECC, SAP HANA
• Familiar with PHP, Python, ASP, JQuery, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understand the integration technology such as: PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration)
• Strong understanding in SAP Gateways
• Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
