Job Summary
Sales Manager is responsible for driving the aggressive expansion of the reseller vape shop segment within the assigned territory. The role focuses on acquiring and developing high-value accounts, promoting high-margin challenger brands, and maximizing gross profit while ensuring strict compliance with Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). This position requires strong leadership in field execution, strategic account development, and market intelligence to deliver sustainable revenue growth and high customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Territory Development
- Lead the expansion of the reseller network by acquiring and developing independent vape shops, convenience stores, and secondary market resellers.
- Identify high-potential areas and build coverage across untapped reseller clusters.
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase market penetration and sales volume within the assigned territory.
2. Field Operations & Route Management
- Oversee and execute field operations five (5) days per week, ensuring effective territory coverage.
- Implement structured route plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a minimum of 1015 daily store visits (door knocks) to generate and close business opportunities.
- Allocate one (1) day per week for administrative tasks, including planning, reporting, and team alignment.
3. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Deliver progressive monthly gross sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth by prioritizing high-margin product lines and optimizing product mix.
- Enforce strict compliance with Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) across all reseller accounts.
- Ensure strong pipeline management, conversion of prospects, and scaling of account purchases.
4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Ensure submission of accurate and timely daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports, including:
- Stores visited and decision-makers engaged
- Sales outcomes and orders closed
- Reasons for non-conversion
- Estimated monthly order potential per account
- Analyze and consolidate weekly market intelligence reports covering:
- Competitor pricing, promotions, and credit terms
- Distributor activities within the territory
- Trending products and SKUs
- Retail and wholesale pricing benchmarks
5. Customer Retention & Account Management
- Maintain a minimum customer retention rate of 95% through consistent account engagement.
- Ensure all acquired accounts generate regular monthly reorders at stable or increasing volumes.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key reseller accounts.
- Provide proactive account management, including inventory planning, reorder forecasting, and after-sales support.

- High level of field productivity with consistent daily activity.
- Strong conversion rate from prospecting to active accounts.
- Achievement of progressive sales growth targets.
- High retention and repeat order consistency across accounts.
