• Assist clients with banking and financial-related inquiries
• Maintain and organize client records and documentation
• Coordinate with bank partners and internal teams
• Support daily office and customer service operations
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Assist in promoting financial products and services when needed
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests and transactions

• Bachelors Degree in any course
