Position: Office Secretary

Location: Manresa, Banawe Quezon City

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (8AM - 5PM)


Responsibilities

Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks

Create simple layouts/designs using Canva

Handle office administrative tasks

Answer phone calls and respond to emails

Organize and maintain files and documents

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

Support daily office operations


Job Requirements:

College graduate of Business Management, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management.

With good communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email correspondence

Able to handle confidential documents and multitask efficiently

Knowledgeable in Canva for basic editing/design

With knowledge in Bookkeeping and basic accounting

Complete Mandatory requirements [SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI]
