Lead Service Technician, Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Direct Supervision in handling and monitoring of Technicians daily activities.

2. Direct Supervision in implementing all TS Projects.

3. Assists the Service Engineer/ Supervisor in planning and evaluating all TS Projects.

4. Coordinates with customer during project implementation in the absence of the Project Engineer.

5. Lists, prepares and check Tools, Materials, Testing Equipment and vehicle before and after project implementation.

6. Inspects, Checks and maintains cleanliness and functionality of all the Departments Tools, Testing Equipment and vehicle.

7. Conducts Monthly and Quarterly inspection and inventory of all TS Tools and Testing equipment.

8. Recommend and Prepares Purchase Request (PR) for all TS materials and tools needed for project implementation.

9. Conducts electrical testing, commissioning and maintenance in all TS Projects.

10. Conducts Site and equipment evaluation and inspection in all TS Projects.

11. Troubleshooting electrical faults/problems encountered during project implementation.

12. Assists the Service Engineer/ Supervisor in all electrical installation projects.

13. Maintain of all TS Department test results, data and records.

14. Assist in monitoring and maintaining of implemented projects at a minimum cost

15. Directly reporting to the Project engineer/ Supervisor.

16. Other Task that the Immediate Supervisor/Service Engineer may assign.

Qualifications Summary:

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology or equivalent.
2. With minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Equipment Engineering, Protection Engineer, Power Plant, Technical Services Contractor or Manufacturing in a Team Leader role.
3. With good communication and leadership skills.
4. Knowledgeable with the basic MS Office application.
5. Can drive manual/automatic vehicle types and with valid Driver's License.
6. Willing to be assigned to any point of the Philippines.
