A global organization in the BPO, Shared Services, and Outsourcing industry is seeking an experienced and strategic finance executive to join its leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Compensation: Up to 900,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities

The CFO will lead the companys global financial operations and long-term financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Budgeting & Forecasting

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Investor Relations

Financial Reporting & Systems Management

Global Compliance & Corporate Governance

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles

Minimum of 5 years in a CFO or equivalent executive-level position

Strong background in BPO, Shared Services, EOR, Outsourcing, or Offshoring industries

Proven experience managing multi-country and multi-entity finance operations

Expertise in financial modeling, corporate governance, and cash flow management

Strong understanding of international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and global compliance requirements

CPA, CMA, or CFA certification is highly preferred
