Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Associate to support audit operations related to inventory, sales, collections, payroll, and financial transactions. The role is responsible for conducting audits, validating records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying discrepancies for proper resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inventory audits by comparing actual counts, stock cards, and system records

Audit sales transactions including verification of series, cancelled transactions, and undelivered delivery receipts

Review collections, deposited checks, and payments through validation and reconciliation procedures

Audit rebates and incentives by validating sales summaries, applied payments, policy compliance, and incentive computations

Review payroll processing, per diem records, and check vouchers

Audit remittances and related financial documentation

Prepare audit findings and support corrective action recommendations

Maintain accurate audit documentation and reports

Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

At least 1 year of relevant audit or accounting experience

Knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and principles

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software

Preferred Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Strong organizational and time management skills
